Who doesn't love the swissmiss website!
Great design, lovely content and a super generous owner, Tina.
Let's jump into taking a guess at the current process for submissions and how it could be altered.

What works & doesn't work with this improvement?
What works is the design, the organised submission process and the added bonus of the redirection back to the blog at the end of completing the form. Adding additional fields asking questions like "Is this your work?" or asking to select a category might make the process a little more streamlined...but do you want streamlined?
What doesn't work is that people don't get the feeling of sending an individual email and getting a personalised response. You could still have a personalised (based on a tweaked canned response) reply from Tina but would this be worth it for the time savings?
Other options for a website link submission form
