I had recently spoken to Weebly support about an update to their designer beta program. Following the support, I received an email asking for customer feedback through a site called Research.net . Their survey is built using SurveyMonkey.
I wanted to see what this would look like with a few changes to make it faster, more engaging and sprinkle in a little more personality (aka Mailchimp Voice & Tone).
Intro wording - I'd look to change the top wording from "We strive to provide you with excellent service. Please share your feedback on the support you received so that we can continue to improve your experience." to something a little more personal & inviting.
How about "We have a wonderful group of people working hard to make your day a little brighter. If you let us know what's working and what isn't, we'll get better at what we do and you'll high five us after our next chat. Feedback should take about 45 seconds."?
Question wording - The wording of the questions could be made a little less formal and easier to process. Wording like "To what extent do you agree or disagree with the following statement" sounds slightly robotic so I'd like to see more of a "If we said, Weebly made it easy for you to handle this issue, would you agree or disagree? To what extent?"
Formatting - I've updated the formatting to make the form faster and easier to use. I've also add a redirect back to the Weebly blog to add some last minute value.
Question routing - If you were in a conversation and someone said they weren't happy, would you jump to the next question? I'd use conditional form logic to ask someone who said they weren't happy if they wanted to speak to someone about it further.
