Podio Designer: Standard Operating Procedures App

Working for a client as a Podio developer, we created a SOP App to house the procedures that staff commonly performed. The app needed to be quick to reference, quick to update and display the information in the Podio mobile app and desktop easily.

The company SOP app included:

  • Name of Procedure
  • Outline of Procedure
  • Role Delegation (by department)
  • Workflow Stage / Business Area
  • Performed by (team member selection)
  • Est. Duration (for looking into efficiencies)
  • Programs Used (lists software programs used) makes it easy to adjust SOPs later when software programs change
  • Products (related to which products in company’s offering)
  • Important Links
  • Suggested Improvements
  • Rate this process (star rating that multiple people can use)
